Does one eat soup or drink soup? I vote for eat. Everyone tell me your preference.

My take on it is that soup is a food, period. The very act of consuming it, especially with a spoon (as opposed to just pouring it down one's throat) entails the process of eating, regardless of the actual liquidity of the soup.
